1915  · Kinnard & Sons Mfg. Co.

Meet the Flour City 40-70. Serial 1521, part of the Brinck Heritage Collection, built in Minneapolis in 1915 by Kinnard & Sons. Gasoline power, not steam, back when that was still the new, unproven idea. Forty horsepower at the drawbar, seventy on the belt. The largest prairie tractor the company ever built, and one of only twelve still known to exist. This one came home rebuilt from the rails up. Chassis, engine, wheels, right down to the hand-painted lettering that brings back its original look.
